Mahon OK for Cup - Ipswich Town News
Loanee midfielder Alan Mahon has been made available to Town for Tuesday's Carling Cup clash with Notts County. Blackburn boss Graeme Souness has given the Irishman permission to play for the Blues at Meadow Lane.
There is no word as yet on whether Town's other loan player, Charlton's Chris Bart-Williams, will be allowed to join him in the side.
However, with Charlton boss Alan Curbishley considering the former England U21 as cover for his first choice midfield, it looks less likely that he will allow his player to be involved on Tuesday.
Town have tickets on sale for Tuesday's game but fans can also pay at the turnstile on the night.
