Nightmare for Sereni - Ipswich Town News
Former Town keeper Matteo Sereni had a less than auspicious reunion with English football when his failure to hold on to shots helped Chelsea to a 4-0 Champions League victory over Lazio.
Sereni palmed the first to Hernan Crespo, dropped the second at Eidur Gudjohnsen's feet and did much the same for Frank Lampard's fourth, Damien Duff having given him little chance with the third.
Sereni's Lazio are set for two friendlies at Town in the next two pre-seasons.
