Diallo Out Until Xmas - Ipswich Town News
Town central defender Drissa Diallo will be out until Christmas after a visit to a specialist revealed he will require a knee operation.
Diallo injured the knee in a clash with Georges Santos in September but had recently looked to be close to a return to action.
However, the Guinean international was feeling pain changing direction whilst running and kicking, and as a result went to see the specialist.
He will have the operation, which will tidy up the damage to the knee and the ligaments, early next week and he'll be unavailable for just over a month.
