Pablo Missing for a Month - Ipswich Town News
Town striker Pablo Couñago will be missing for up to a month after being diagnosed with a strained hamstring.
The Spaniard picked up the injury during Saturday's 2-2 draw with Derby County.
There had been concerns that the injury might be a muscle tear which would have meant the former Celta Vigo player would have been out for two or three months.
Even so Couñago looks likely to miss the home game with Sheffield United, the away game at Cardiff, the rearranged fixture with Nottingham Forest on December 3rd and probably Derby County's visit to Portman Road three days later.
Couñago's injury coincides with Darren Bent getting over his knee injury.
