Counago Early Return? - Ipswich Town News
Town striker Pablo Couñago has returned from his break with family in Spain. The former Celta Vigo player sustained a hamstring injury in the 2-2 draw at Derby ten days ago and was allowed to spend a few days back in his home country.
Couñago was thought likely to be out for a month, however Town are now hopeful he may be fit in time to face Cardiff on November 29th.
The Spaniard is likely to be replaced by Darren Bent when Town come up against Sheffield United on Saturday.
