Town striker Pablo Couñago is being linked with fellow Division One side West Bromwich Albion in a highly speculative newspaper article.
Albion are short of striker and Couñago is reported to have been spoken about by the Albion board.
Earlier today Town boss Joe Royle ruled out any Portman Road exits: "There is no likelihood of anyone leaving in January and certainly we aren't intending anybody to go out for somebody coming in.”
