Joe: No WBA Approach - Ipswich Town News
Town boss Joe Royle says the club have received no enquiry from West Brom regarding striker Pablo Couñago. Yesterday, a newspaper report speculated that the Spaniard could be a target of the Baggies.
Royle said: "We have not heard from West Brom, but if they did try they would be wasting their time because Pablo is not available."
Yesterday Royle said that the Blues are not looking to sell players despite signing Shefki Kuqi on a 20-month contract yesterday and with deals for Alan Mahon and Chris Bart-Williams in the pipeline.
