Jim Out, Georges OK - Ipswich Town News
Skipper Jim Magilton is all but certainly out of Town's trip to Nottingham Forest on Wednesday night. The midfielder has a foot injury, picked up when he was fouled by Cardiff's Julian Gray at the weekend.
The Northern Irishman has a cut, heavy bruising and swelling around his foot and ankle, which is unlikely to have settled down enough for him to be involved at the City Ground.
Better news is that defender Georges Santos, a goalscorer at Ninian Park, will be OK despite his foot injury.
The Frenchman was a concern ahead of the trip to Wales but came through the game without a problem and, although he still has some bruising, will be in the back four at Forest.
