Nash Goes Under the Knife - Ipswich Town News
Young central defender Gerard Nash will have his cruciate knee ligament operation on Friday. It is the second time the Irishman has required surgery on an injury of this type, a similar problem having kept him out for a year.
Nash recently underwent an operation to clean away cartilege and needed to recover from that before this latest surgery.
The 17-year-old will not be back in action until pre-season of 2004/05.
