Youths to Face Crewe? - Ipswich Town News

Town's FA Youth Cup side could be up against this weekend's firsr team opponents Crewe Alexandra, should they defeat Sunderland in the fourth round.

The Blues face the Black Cats at Portman Road on Wednesday, January 28th (KO 7pm) after defeating Leeds United in extra-time at Elland Road in round three.

Crewe face Cirencester Town in round four of the U18 competition and the Blues will play the winner of that tie at Portman Road if they overcome Sunderland.

The fifth round tie will be played on a date yet to be specified but prior to February 21st.

This Saturday Town's U19s play a league fixture away against Crystal Palace at their Beckenham training ground (KO 11am).
