10% Stake for Trust? - Ipswich Town News
Ipswich Town First, the Town Trust, says it expects to represent around a 10% stake in Ipswich Town plc once the extended share issue ends on January 31st.
According to a Trust statement they say they will not know their precise position for some weeks: "The Trust committee is aware of a significant shareholding amongst its members but will not know the total extent of investment until a full list of shareholders is released a few weeks after the end of the public offer of shares."
Ipswich Town First also asks the club to answer a number of questions relating the the £1.3 million brought in by the share issue.
