David Hill News! - Ipswich Town News
Those of you who remember the dim, dark and now thankfully distant days of John Duncan will remember the name David Hill.
Well, it seems the lad is still going and is still doing the business. The 34-year-old is now plying his trade with Irish club Bohemians and spent yesterday evening holding back the combined threat of Lokvenc (Czech Republic) and Petterson (Sweden) as the Irish side ground out an unlikely 1-0 win over German side Kaiserslautern.
Hill is said to have been "outstanding in defence" for the Irish side. You can catch up on the whereabouts of many ex-Blues with TWTD's new Where Are They Now? section, found here: http://www.ipswichtown.rivals.net/default.asp?sid=911&p=2&stid=7986586
