Town Look at Luker - Ipswich Town News
Town are one of a number of Football League sides to have checked out midfielder Davey Luker, currently playing for Unibond Premier League side Radcliffe Borough.
Town's North-West scout, former Everton manager Colin Harvey, watched the 22-year-old in action in Boro's 4-2 home win over Frickley Athletic last weekend.
As recently as last season Luker was playing for Rochdalians in the Lancashire and Cheshire League and also with Rochdale Sunday league side the Dog and Partridge, both sides winning their respective titles.
However, the versatile player signed for Boro in the summer and has since interested innumerable league clubs, including Nottingham Forest, Crewe, Cambridge United, Rochdale and Queen's Park Rangers.
