Makin Two Weeks Away? - Ipswich Town News
Defender Chris Makin could be only two weeks away from a return to action with the reserves, according to boss Joe Royle. Despite little early progress, last week's pain-killing injection appears to be doing the trick.
Royle told the club site: "He is not out of the woods yet and we will keep an eye on things and see how he goes, but if carries on like he did today, then we could look at him playing for the reserves in a couple of weeks providing he does not have any setbacks."
Makin's progress is further good news for the Town boss, Fabian Wilnis having returned to training and in with a good chance of involvement against Burnley on Saturday.
