Santos Staying - Ipswich Town News
Town central defender Georges Santos has decided not to move to Watford on a free transfer. The Blues gave the Frenchman permission to talk to the Hornets after manager Ray Lewington enquired regarding his availability after Saturday's game.
The former Cape Verde international said: "I am happy at Ipswich and I want to stay.
"We have eight games left to play and I will be here right up to the end and into the Premiership."
Santos will be in the reserves side which faces Watford's second string at Portman Road this evening (KO 7pm).
