Duo on Way Back - Ipswich Town News
Midfield duo Ian Westlake and Jim Magilton's injuries are showing signs of improvement ahead of Saturday's trip to Rotherham. Westlake picked up calf and knee problems against West Brom, while Magilton has been suffering from a tight hamstring.
Boss Joe Royle says: "Jim has a fighting chance and Westy looks to be on the mend. But John McGreal has done nothing since last Thursday and has to be more doubtful than either of them."
McGreal twisted an ankle in training last Thursday and missed the visito of Albion.
Also both definitely out of the trip to Millmoor are Pablo Couñago (hamstring) and Richard Naylor (broken toe), neither of whom have progressed far enough to be involved in a reserve game as yet.
