Johnno: Town Will Go Up - Ipswich Town News
Town will go up despite their 2-1 loss to Nottingham Forest on Saturday, so says former Blue and scorer of both Forest goals David Johnson.
The striker said: "For them not to make it would be a travesty and they have it in their locker to win the next two games."
Johnson was pleased to receive a largely warm welcome from fans on his return to Portman Road: "It was an amazing reception and it is always good to come back here where I had three great years and helped win promotion.
"We set up two chances and finished them off really well. Fortunately I was the one lucky enough for them to fall to.
"The quality of the service was fantastic because Ipswich didn't give us many chances, so it was great to come back to a place like this and get a win."
