Reserves in Action - Ipswich Town News
Town's reserves are in action against Leicester City at the Walkers Stadium this evening(KO 7pm). Striker Alun Armstrong is likely to be the only senior player included in Steve McCall's side.
Keeper Lewis Price is away with the Wales U21 aquad, so Shane Supple is likely to feature in goal.
Central defender Aidan Collins is away with the England U18s and recent reserves debutant Owen Garvan is in an Ireland U16 party.
It is unlikely that Town will risk the likes of Chris Bart-Williams or Georges Santos ahead of Friday's penultimate league game of the season at Sheffield United.
Bart-Williams is likely to return to the first team squad having played two reserve games since he had an injection to relieve a back problem.
Town have Tommy Miller (hamstring) and Jim Magilton (thigh) currently on the sidelines and Bart-Williams could be recalled if needed, although both are expected to be fit.
