Joe: More Reuser Interest - Ipswich Town News
Town boss Joe Royle has revealed that wantaway midfielder Martijn Reuser's agent is aware of several Dutch clubs interested in the former Ajax and Vitesse Arnhem man. Reuser, linked with Willem II in the Dutch press yesterday, said recently that he may look to move away from Portman Road in the summer.
Royle said: "I have spoken to Martijn's agent and he says a number of clubs in Holland are interested in him.
"The situation hasn't changed. He was put on a free transfer because we couldn't afford his wages in the First Division and that still applies."
Reuser has another year on his Town deal after this season but feels he may need to move on to start more games.
