Town's reserves lost their final game of the season 3-2 against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground this afternoon.
Town had gone two up with goals from Liam Craig on 30 and 35 but the home side hit back through Bopp, Perch and Cash in the second period.
That result means that Steve McCall's side end their season in 13th position in the 15-team Premier Reserve League (South).
Reserves: Supple, Synnott, Broadley, Mitchell (Manning 74), Collins, Diallo, Flack (Garvan 74), Santos, Craig, Atay, Bart-Williams (Beveridge 63).
