Play-Off Ticket Details - Ipswich Town News

Town have released details of ticketing for the two play-off matches against West Ham. The Blues face the Hammers at home next Saturday (KO 12.15pm) and away on the following Tuesday (KO 7.45pm).

Tickets will be sold one per customer and the priority scheme will be strictly adhered to.

Home Leg
Telephone sales for the home leg will be via a new telephone number 0870 444 1062. Because of the very short time from the commencement of sales to the possible home leg tie, the Club is employing additional operators to ensure you are able to purchase tickets for this match. All home tickets purchased by telephone will be subject to a £1 per ticket transaction charge.

Customers who have registered for online sales will be able to purchase their reserved seat from the Club Websales site. This will be available until Wednesday and the tickets posted out.

Because we may have to release 15% of the stadium to the Away club, some season ticket holders will not be able to purchase their seat.

They will be able to purchase any available seats. If they normally receive prepaid tickets these will not be sent and no payment will be taken. These supporters will need to purchase using the priority sales system described below. The blocks most likely to be affected are Cobbold blocks A and B, and block 6 of the Greene King Stand lower tier.

The home match sales will be carried out as for a cup match. All season ticket holders who prepay for their tickets will automatically receive them subject to the Club being able to take a payment from their registered card.

If we are unable to take payment for any reason eg you have not responded to our letter regarding expiry date, you have changed your card and not informed us, you have insufficient funds etc we will not have time to contact you before the match.
