Bent Everton Talks Start - Ipswich Town News
Everton have confirmed that talks have begun with Marcus Bent regarding a switch to Goodison Park. Earlier, Town revealed they had accepted £450,000 bids for Bent from the Toffeemen and Portsmouth.
The Merseyside club's official site confirmed this evening that Bent had been in talks with Everton boss David Moyes at the Premiership side's Bellefield training ground on Tuesday afternoon.
The 26-year-old will continue talks tomorrow, with Everton apparently confident a deal will go through, a medical having been pencilled in for Wednesday afternoon.
