Town at Holbrook - Ipswich Town News
The Town squad are spending their morning training sessions at Holbrook School this week. The Blues play their first pre-season friendly on Saturday at Peterborough United (KO 3pm).
Physio Dave Williams told the club site that the switch to Holbrook is a useful part of the squad's preparation: "It's important to keep things fresh for the players, and the change of scenery and lovely setting at Holbrook certainly make a difference for them.
"There are also some great facilities at the school, with huge playing fields and a pool which is useful for remedial work with the players coming back from injury."
The squad return to Ipswich in the afternoons and continue to work at the Playford Road Training Centre.
