Town Seeded Two - Ipswich Town News

Town are second seeds in the southern section of Thursday's Carling Cup first round draw. Only West Ham rank above the Blues in the draw which, takes place at 9.15am.

Last season Town had a rather unimpressive Carling Cup run, beating Kidderminster in extra-time at Portman Road before succumbing to Notts County at Meadow Lane.
