Santos Exit a Free - Ipswich Town News
Town boss Joe Royle has revealed that the Blues will allow French defender Georges Santos to leave on a free transfer. The former Tranmere, Sheffield United and Grimsby man is in talks with the Clarets.
Royle said: "We have agreed a deal with Burnley and no fee is involved. It is now up to the player and his agent to work out the final details."
Santos joined Town on a free transfer jut under a year ago and has been unable to gain a regular position in the side.
