Royle Praise for De Vos - Ipswich Town News
Town manager Joe Royle has praised new signing Jason De Vos's performances in pre-season. De Vos joined the Blues on a Bosman from Wigan early in the summer.
Royle said: "Jason has done very well so far in pre-season and I am sure he'll prove popular with supporters. He and Richard Naylor looked good together at centre-half in the win at Oxford on Tuesday night. Jason has fitted in very well."
That appears to suggest Royle sees De Vos and Naylor as the Blues' first choice central defensive partnership.
