Gousse Won't Face Magpies - Ipswich Town News
On-trial Guingamp striker Nicolas Gousse will not be in the Town side which faces Newcastle in the Dale Roberts testimonial game on Wednesday (KO 7.45pm).
The Frenchman, who came up against the Magpies in the UEFA Cup when a Troyes player three years ago, will not receive international clearance in time.
The Blues also have a slight doubt over Jim Magilton who has a sore foot, although manager Joe Royle is hopeful he will be involved.
Youngster Scott Mitchell has not played in the more recent friendlies and is out of Wednesday's match due to a groin injury.
Both Kelvin Davis and Fabian Wilnis are now over their back problems.
