New Boys Both Doubts - Ipswich Town News
Both Town's summer signings are doubts ahead of Saturday's first league game of the season against Gillingham at Portman Road, after picking up injuries in the 2-1 victory over Osasuna.
Town boss Joe Royle told the club site: "Kevin has stud marks on the side of his knee and it's sore while Jason also took a blow on the knee.
"They are a concern at this stage with our first league game only five days away."
Royle was not impressed with his side's display against the Spaniards: "Our passing was poor and we missed Jim and Kevin Horlock when he went off.
"We played with the right spirit though, and it was another win so we can't complain."
