England Call for Bowditch - Ipswich Town News
Dean Bowditch has become the latest young Town player called into an international squad. Earlier this week Darren Bent and Matt Richards played for the England U21s - with Ian Westlake on the bench - while Lewis Price was in goal for the Welsh U21 side.
Bowditch is in the England U19 squad playing a friendly in Ireland on Thursday, September 9th, the squad meeting four days earlier.
The match will not require the striker to miss any Town action with the game taking place in an international week.
