Knights Called Up - Ipswich Town News
Academy striker Darryl Knights is in the England U17s squad for the Pepsi International Tournament this week. England come up against Italy, Russia and Portugal in the competition being played at Gillingham's Priestfield Stadium.
England come up against Italy in their first match this evening (KO 8pm), following on from Portugal's game with Russia (KO 4pm).
Russia are England's opponents on Friday (KO 8pm), with Italy against Portugal earlier in the afternoon (KO 4pm).
Sunday sees the final games, Russia play Italy at noon and England face Portugal at 3.30pm.
Town currently have Jason de Vos away on international duty with Canada, Darren Bent and Ian Westlake with the England U21s and Lewis Price with the Wales U21s.
Next week striker Dean Bowditch will join up with the England U19s ahead of their friendly in Ireland on Thursday, September 9th.
