Beach Trip for Players - Ipswich Town News
The Town squad spent Tuesday training on the beach at Felixstowe. Assistant manager Willie Donachie and fitness coach Simon Thadani led a workout which included a dip in the sea.
Manager Joe Royle told the club site: "It was an away day just to break up the training and try something different.
"The lads did some swimming, a bit of running and a walk but we will be back on the training ground on Wednesday and then start stepping up the preparation for Millwall at the weekend."
