Taylor Comments on Scowy Speculation - Ipswich Town News
Leicester manager Peter Taylor has commented on the speculation linking him with Town striker James Scowcroft. The former England U21 manager said of Scowcroft: "He is a player that I like but I haven't made contact with him."
Taylor has been an admirer of last season's Town player of the year for some time with all Scowy's U21 caps gained under Taylor's management.
Town manager George Burley has already stated that he is not looking to sell players of Scowcroft's calibre.
