Public Meeting Tonight - Ipswich Town News

Ipswich Town 1st are holding a public meeting tonight which will provide fans with a chance to question club chairman David Sheepshanks, chief executive Derek Bowden and other members of the club's board.

The meeting, which is open both to members and non-members of the Trust, is free to attend and starts at 7.30pm in the Galleria in the Greene King Stand at Portman Road.

In addition to the club's chairman and chief executive, ex-chairman John Kerr, Roger Finbow, Richard Moore and Philip Hope-Cobbold will also be on hand to be questioned.

Dave Boyle, deputy manager of Supporters Direct, the Government-funded organisation which promotes the development of Supporters' Trusts, will also be in attendance to answer questions on the Trust movement.

Members of Ipswich Town 1st will be available to discuss the proposal to establish a mechanism for the election of a supporters' representative on to
the Ipswich Town board and any other matters relating to the Trust.
