No Deal for Dinning - Ipswich Town News
Loan midfielder Tony Dinning will not be offered a permanent deal with Town when he spell at Portman Road ends next week. Dinning has made five starts plus four appearances as a sub but has failed impress and the news isn't a surprise.
Royle said: "I have had to tell Tony that we are not in a position to offer him a contract to extend his stay with us.
"He has done reasonably well for us but we must look to the future. There is money available to bring in one player on loan for a month and I can't use that on Tony."
Dinning has been given the option of taking a place on the bench at Coventry on Sunday or returning to Wigan Athletic.
