Bent Surprise Recovery - Ipswich Town News
Striker Darren Bent is set to return to the Town side ahead of schedule on Tuesday at Leicester. The frontman picked up a slight hamstring injury when away with the England U21s last week.
A scan showed that Bent's injury was a strain and not a tear and he was expected to be out for around ten days, which meant he would probably have been due back in action against Watford at the weekend.
Now it looks like he will return to his position alongside Shefki Kuqi at the Walkers Stadium with Dean Bowditch dropping to the bench.
