Town Peel Tribute - Ipswich Town News
The Undertones' Teenage Kicks will be played in honour of John Peel ahead of Saturday's home game with Preston North End. Peel, who died on Monday, and wife Sheila were both season ticket holders at Portman Road, despite his life-long following of Liverpool.
A tribute will be read out over the PA at 2.45pm and followed by the classic punk track, cited by Peel as his favourite ever song.
