Westy V Karen Part One - Ipswich Town News
Midfielder Ian Westlake will take part in the first leg of his face-off with Olympic swimmer Karen Pickering on Sunday. Westlake and Pickering will fight it out over 50 metres ahead of a penalty shoot-out at Portman Road at half-time in Tuesday's home game with Sheffield United.
Westlake, a former England youth waterpolo player, could well be in with a chance against Pickering as 50 metres is not her regular distance.
Sky Sports are showing the race live, which takes place in a break in a swimming meeting at Crown Pools, at 2pm, probably on the Sky Sports News channel.
