The frontman scored twice in the Finns' recent 3-1 World Cup victory over Armenia and was in the side which subsequently lost by the same scoreline against Holland.
Fellow frontman Dean Bowditch is likely to start for the England U19s on Thursday when they play France in a friendly at Barnsley's Oakwell.
