Price Makes U's Debut - Ipswich Town News
On loan Town keeper Lewis Price made his Cambridge United debut in their 3-1 victory over Rushden and Diamonds at the Abbey Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
A John Turner hat-trick helped the U's to the win, while at the other end Price made a number of important saves. The Wales U21 stopper was given no chance on Derew Broughton's goal for Rushden.
Price is with Cambridge for a month, although Town can recall him at short notice should Kelvin Davis pick up a knock.
Third choice Shane Supple will be on the bench for the Blues at Sunderland on Sunday.
