Reserves Face Fulham - Ipswich Town News
Town's reserves are in action against Fulham at Portman Road this evening and will be looking for only their second win of the season (KO 7pm).
The second string is mainly made up of Academy players due to the small senior squad at Town and it is little surprise that results against Premiership clubs with many more experienced players in their reserves have gone against Steve McCall's side.
Only a handful of players facing the Cottagers have first team experience, with striker or midfielder Darryl Knights the latest to make the leap from the reserves into the senior side.
The 16-year-old is likely to be involved alongside Shane Supple, Matt Richards, Aidan Collins who were also on the bench at the Stadium of Light.
Spanish frontman Pablo Couñago is unlikely to be involved after playing just over a half at Sunderland.
