Diallo Out of Xmas Games - Ipswich Town News
Defender Drissa Diallo will not take part in Town's Christmas period matches after his hamstring injury was confirmed as a torn tendon. Diallo picked up the knock in training on Friday.
Physio Dave Williams told the club site: "Drissa has partially torn a tendon in his hamstring and it means he will certainly miss the Christmas and New Year games.
"It's one of those injuries that you can't put a time on for recovery, so we will have to play it day by day, but he certainly won't be playing again until we get into January."
England U21 Matt Richards looks virtually certain to come into the side at left-back with Fabian Wilnis moving over to the right.
