Former Blue Bobby Petta is on trial at Town's FA Cup third round opponents Bolton Wanderers. The 30-year-old recently had his contract with Celtic cancelled by mutual consent.

Petta joined the Blues on a free transfer from Feyenoord in the summer of 1996 and moved to Celtic on a Bosman three years later.
