Joe: No Kuqi Interest - Ipswich Town News
Boss Joe Royle has moved quickly to refute a report claiming Bolton interest in striker Shefki Kuqi. Royle is not expecting much activity at Portman Road during the January transfer window.
The Town manager says he knows nothing of Bolton chasing his top scorer: "Shefki will be here at the end of the season as far as I'm concerned - and there has been no interest shown by Bolton."
Wanderers' boss Sam Allardyce has been widely reported to have no money to spend during January and if he was interested in the Finnish international, the Blues would certainly want a fee for his services.
