Karb Loan Extended - Ipswich Town News
Arsenal have agreed to extend full-back Danny Karbassiyoon's loan spell at Town for two more months. The American will now remain at Portman Road until March.
The 20-year-old has impressed manager Joe Royle in his time with the Blues, although the Virginian admitted to the club site that he had a difficult match on Saturday: "It was a tough game for me. McSheffrey was tricky and he liked running at me and he was involved a whole lot during the game.
"But it's all part of the learning curve for me and even though the game didn't go as well as I would have wished personally, it was still a great experience."
Karbassiyoon, a former US U19 international, has so far made three starts and one sub appearance for Town.
