Joe: No Bent Enquiries - Ipswich Town News
Joe Royle says that Town have received no enquiries regarding striker Darren Bent and reiterated that the Blues have no intention of selling the England U21 international. Bent scored twice on Saturday as Town defeated Coventry 3-2.
Royle said: "We've had no enquiries and it would have to be an outrageous offer for us to even consider it.
"We want to see Darren in the Premiership next season as an Ipswich player. That's the carrot for him and us.
"To be blunt, clubs wanting Benty would be wasting their time."
