Magilton Back in Training - Ipswich Town News

Town skipper Jim Magilton will be back in full training tomorrow and is expected to be OK for Saturday's trip to Reading. The Northern Irishman missed Tuesday's session with a tight hamstring.

Magilton worked with fitness coach Simon Thadani this morning and looks set to play in front of a capacity 24,000 Madejski Stadium crowd, 4,300 of them Town supporters, the highest away following this season.

Drissa Diallo, Town's only long-term injury victim, is stepping up his training this week after the hamstring problem which kept him out of the Christmas games.

The Guinean international could play in next week's reserve game against Coventry.
