Boston on Sobers Loan - Ipswich Town News
Boston United have confirmed that central defender Jerrome Sobers will be joining them on loan for a month - as long as he gets over a flu bug. TWTD reported yesterday that the ex-Ford United man was set for a spell at York Street.
Pilgrims' boss Steve Evans said: "Jerrome comes highly recommended from Ipswich manager Joe Royle and he is expected to have a big future in the Championship.
"I am hopeful that Jerrome will join us in time for the match."
Sobers has been suffering with flu this week but Boston say Town are hopeful the Londoner will be well enough to make the move.
