Croft Joins Injured - Ipswich Town News
Gary Croft has joined the fortunately rather small ranks of injured at Portman Road. The former Grimsby and Blackburn player injured his hip in last night's reserve game.
At his regular weekly press comference George Burley said that Richard Naylor is a doubt for the weekend with Neil Midgley standing by to take his place in the squad. This means that James Scowcroft is almost certain to carry on alongside Marcus Stewart. Naylor will have a scan and see a knee specialist in a bid to cure his problems.
John McGreal is still suffering from his post inflicted injury while other Town injury victims are Wayne Brown (groin) and Guillermo Graaven (ankle).
