McDonald Signs - Ipswich Town News
Trialist Dean McDonald has signed a contract which will keep him at Portman Road until the end of the season. The former Arsenal trainee has been on trial at Portman Road since before Christmas, playing a number of games for the U18s and reserves.
The 18-year-old striker or midfielder told the club site: "It's great to sign and I am really enjoying myself at Ipswich.
"I've made some friends here already and hopefully I can stay here longer than the end of the season.
"That's my target; to impress the manager, force my way into the first team squad and perhaps get a few games as well. And then, hopefully, win myself a permanent contract."
