Deano's England Call - Ipswich Town News
Striker Dean Bowditch has been called into the England U19 squad for the UEFA European Championship Elite Qualifying Round held later this month.
England face Denmark at Crewe on March 26th, then Sweden at Bury on March 28th before completing their fixtures with a match against Moldova at Blackpool on March 30th.
The team finishing top of the group will go through to this summer's finals.
With no Championship games scheduled for the Easter period, Bowditch will not miss any Town action while away with England.
Bowditch has started all four of the England U19 matches so far this season.
